MANITOWOC, Wis. – Jagemann™ Stamping Company is proud to announce and welcome Patrick Fix as the new Director of Engineering. Jagemann™ Stamping is a full-service stamping company of deep drawn, progressive, and fineblanked stampings in various markets. Fix will be responsible for developing innovative methods of manufacturing products and implementing new equipment, while also coordinating the continuous improvements program within the Engineering Department.
Fix comes to Jagemann™ Stamping Company with years of experience in various industries, as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Fix previously served as Director of Engineering for Arnott Air Suspension Products, Director of Product Development for Raven Industries and Vice President of Engineering for Adams Thermal Systems, in addition to over 15 years combined service within General Motors, Delphi and DENSO. The combination of Fix’s experience as a senior management executive and his technical knowledge, will allow Fix to garner respect and provide leadership among his coworkers ensuring a seamless entry into his new role.
Jagemann™ Stamping is focused on continuous improvement and growth, which ensures the company’s ability to stay competitive by reducing lead-times, manufacturing costs and process stability. Fix is well versed in these areas from his previous experience in design and manufacturing engineering, research and development, and project management, which will allow for the continuation of quality products and cost efficient manufacturing solutions. Fix has spent his entire career in the automotive, agricultural, construction and military equipment markets.
