MANITOWOC, Wis. – Jagemann Sporting Group, a division of Jagemann Stamping Company, a privately- held U.S. manufacturer of premium brass casings for rifles and handguns, polymer magazines and other gun components, today announced the strategic acquisition of its Casings division (“Jagemann Casings”) by Ammo, Inc. creating, Jagemann Munition Components.
This venture strategically leverages Jagemann’s large rifle brass commitment and offers an additional channel for production. Ammo Inc. pursued this acquisition to ensure a consistent, reliable and quality supply of brass for its military and contract lines. Ammo Inc. has full ownership while Jagemann manages the brass operations. CEO Tom Jagemann and President Ralph Hardt and with their operating team will continue to manage operations. The operations will remain in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This transaction does not affect Jagemann Stamping Company’s operations in any way.
