The people of Jagemann Stamping Company are dedicated to customer-focus by providing high quality products, on time and at a fair price.
We are committed to strengthening customer-focus and the pursuit of common goals through teamwork and continual improvement.
At Jagemann Stamping Company, Quality is not just another department in the company, it is part of the culture and philosophy which is built into all areas of the organization. It stems down through the organization from a formalized Strategic Planning process which defines the Quality direction for all areas.

Driven from customer expectations of zero defects, 100% on-time delivery and shorter lead times, Quality is built into every process which supports the operation. Without company wide participation, these industry demands could not be met.
 
To accomplish this, Jagemann Stamping has built  its Quality System using TS16949 as its foundation. This provided a framework to develop systems to support the increasing demands of our customers. The effectiveness of this system to meet today’s, and future demands, is constantly evaluated through performance metrics, internal and external audits and formalized Management Reviews.
 
Product Quality is achieved through development of robust processes.  Use of the APQP process and principles provides the tools to accomplish this result.  Inspection is used as an in-process control tool rather than a tollgate, and is performed by production personnel.
 
The Quality Assurance lab contains advanced inspection equipment including Brown & Sharpe CMM, automatic surface finish tester, Contracer, optical comparators and a new digital video microscope. Key product features are monitored and controlled using statistical process control (SPC) charts.

Process monitoring also involves the use of sensor technology. By monitoring critical parts of the process, equipment can be stopped prior to producing defects and provides information used to continually improve the process.
 
 
To manage the improvement process, a formal Continuous Improvement Team operates under the direction of Senior Management. Ideas for improvements are submitted from all areas of the company through this process and can include Quality, cost, efficiency and process improvements among others.
