Jagemann Stamping Company is recognized worldwide as a leading manufacturer of deep-drawn metal stampings. Jagemann Stamping Company’s expertise lies in the production of deep drawn stampings using a number of high-speed transfer presses from Minster™, U. S. Baird™, Waterbury Farrel™, Platarg™, Bliss™ and Komatsu™. The presses range in size from 15 to 300 tons and are capable of producing stampings from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and pre-coated steels. Raw material thickness’ vary from .010” - .25”.

Tooling design, build, and development are performed in-house. A staff of highly skilled development engineers design tooling using the latest in CAD software. Tool and die makers then take the designs and manufacture the tooling using CNC and traditional toolroom equipment. Jagemann Stamping maintains the tooling for the life of the product eliminating future tooling expenses for our customers. Once created, tooling is dedicated by job and stored in an air-conditioned environment in a computerized tooling carousel when not in use.

Jagemann Stamping Company not only offers state of the art manufacturing services but provides its customers with additional value added services. Heat-treating and surface treatments are available along with assembly, pressure testing, and polishing. Our aim is to provide our customers with finished products eliminating their need to hassle with additional services. Also included in our services is our automated packaging system. Whether it is reusable containers or small, easy to handle cartons, we can meet the needs of our customers by providing the type of packaging that will work best for them.

Our capabilities and attention to customer service do not end here, however. We have a dedicated customer service staff that guarantees customers are handled with personal attention. From EDI capabilities to JIT shipments we will provide our customers with the service they desire.
