Multiple engineering disciplines—including Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Research & Develop—ensure that our customers' parts are manufactured using the most cost-effective and efficient design methods available.
Our engineers have more than 100 years of experience combined, and are involved in every phase of a project which provides an exceptional level of quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. Our engineers are in a constant dialogue with the customer, which allows us to give our customers what they've come to expect from Jagemann Stamping: Just the Best.
Tool Build
Jagemann Stamping features full in-house capabilities for tool build and maintenance. Our highly skilled technicians are in a constant dialogue with the engineering department to ensure a tool is efficiently developed. Once a tool is created, Jagemann Stamping maintains the tooling for the life of the product, eliminating future tooling expenses for our customer.
Our full range of machining applications include CNC turning and machining, EDM hole drilling and WEDM shaped machining. Toolmakers are able to edit programs as needed, which allows for greater flexibility with design alterations when making a tool or machine part.
Value-Added
In addition to state-of-the-art manufacturing services, JSC provides internal secondary operations including:
